This important event will enable healthcare manufacturers and partners to showcase successes, learn from one another and collaborate, building a strong ecosystem of trade and industry partners that enhances Africa’s healthcare manufacturing capability.
AHMTEC 2026 will be hosted in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. With strong government commitment to local pharmaceutical and medical manufacturing, Ethiopia provides a powerful and practical setting for AHMTEC 2026 to advance Africa’s healthcare self-reliance agenda.
Generation Give Festival

Africa is the world's youngest continent, yet youth-led organisations receive less than 0.5% of global philanthropic funding. The Generation Give Festival is the founding convening of a standing movement — connecting isolated young givers, reclaiming the narrative of African giving, and celebrating impact that already exists.
Africa's young givers and their diaspora allies convene to articulate a collective agenda, build connections, celebrate, and prove that youth-led philanthropy is a present reality — not a future aspiration.
