CEO Connect Forum 2025 - Transforming Challenges into Opportunities through Creating Shared Value

Business in Africa is evolving, and with it comes a new way of thinking about leadership. On 3 October 2025, Shared Value Africa will officially launch Shared Value Ghana with the CEO Connect Forum, a gathering designed to place purpose-led leadership at the heart of Ghana’s economic transformation. The conversation is no longer about choosing between profit and impact; it is about how the two can work together to build resilient businesses, create jobs, and unlock opportunities for inclusive growth.

The CEO Connect Forum is convened by Shared Value Africa (SVA), Co-delivered with ALX Ghana and AFLIGA, with the support of Cloudfruition, the event is strategically timed to engage Ghana’s most influential voices, entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, policymakers, and ecosystem enablers in shaping a new narrative for business leadership grounded in purpose, collaboration, and resilience.

The programme brings together these high-level voices to explore how this shift can happen in practice. From a keynote on Ghana’s 24-hour economy, to a fireside discussion on ethical leadership, to a case spotlight on Safaricom’s shared-value journey, and a panel on scaling cross-sector partnerships, every session is curated and designed to offer practical insights rather than empty talk.

It will celebrate examples of Shared Value in action and invite Ghana’s leadership to take a proactive role in integrating social impact into core business models.
